Life is a wonderful thing. If you have your health.

Your Health and why is it that so many of us abuse different substances like food, drugs, alcohol and tobacco? Better still why can’t we take care of our bodies through regular exercise and better judgment in what we do to our bodies.

Once someone told me “you only get what you put into it” so what exactly does that mean? In many cases we take the body for granted and say to ourselves “I feel great! I don't need to exercise or stop eating more then I need.” Thinking we can just do this life change tomorrow.

“Don't put off what you can do today” I always say. Life changes are harder as we get older because we get so set in our way of doing things. This way of thinking will get you into more trouble. Time will pass and you will forget about making your life changes until your body starts giving out warning signals.

Look around you, what are more people worrying about today, more then ever. It is the cost of health care that keeps going up. You don't have to worry about the cost if your fit and taking care of yourself. Don’t make excuses for yourself as to why others can and you can't change and you have no control over what you do. You have to take charge of your own way of thinking. Just get out there and do it.

1. How? For starters set personal goals and begin a weight, food and exercise plan.

2. Next? Make a time frame and set a date for when you want to meet your goal.

3. Why? To keep your health costs down, feel better and live a longer happier life.

Just do a couple important goals every day no matter how small it seems. Walking, and cutting back on your food intake are some perfect samples. I found that drinking lots of water daily does the body good. Reward yourself often and don't let someone tell you other wise. You can make it, believe in yourself and you will succeed.

Thanks for your time and letting me share with you my ideas.
Good day!
Don
